Another very nice quaint 2 bedroom, front screened Room for friendly people going by to visit and fresh air, shaded and the place to be. The Home is very nice and clean, freshly painted with warm colors and ( FURNISHED ) with nice furnishings. Some of the furniture will be replaced, but it will still be nice.
Entering the Home is a designed front door with an open concept. There is a breakfast sitting area into the kitchen and a quaint dining area. The main bedroom and second bedroom are of good size. Main bedroom has built in wall cabinets to make more space in the room. All counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms have been resurfaced. New lights and all hard surfaced floors.
Outside, the driveway has been professionally resurfaced with oversized, large new addition to the shed with laundry and a back door to go out to spacious back yard. Landscaping was professionally done and is gorgeous with new sprinkler system and irigation. Washer and dryer will be included.
